Winter holidays in Tyrol are ideal for winter hiking and snowshoe hiking. The so-called gentle winter sport allows you to experience the snowy landscape in its full glory, combining tranquillity and exercise in the heart of stunning nature. You breathe in the crystal clear winter air and leave all your everyday stress behind over more than 100 kilometres of prepared and unprepared winter hiking trails. Florian Obojes will be happy to advise you personally and reveal the most beautiful tours to you.

Tobogganing is equally as popular with locals and guests. You should enjoy at least one toboggan ride during your winter holiday in Tyrol, there are 9 toboggan runs with a total of 31 kilometres of fun in the North Tyrolean Wipp Valley alone. The tobogganing fun that both the young and old enjoy starts after a pleasant hike and maybe a short refreshment break in one of the many cosy alpine huts. Many slopes are also floodlit at night and anyone who wants to spare themselves the climb can also take the lift up to the starting point.

As if that isn't enough for your winter holiday in Tyrol. The region can also surprise with one or two specials. For example, ice climbing at the Brenner pass, in the Vals valley, in the neighbouring Stubai and Sellrain valleys, curling in Matrei am Brenner, ice skating at the indoor rink in Steinach or on outdoor rinks in Trins and Matrei. Or how about a speedy bobsleigh ride on the legendary Olympic bobsleigh track in Igls near Innsbruck?
