- Location: 20KM south of Innsbruck, the capital of the Tyrol province in Austria. Within easy reach via the A13/E45 Brennerautobahn, B182 Brennerbundesstrasse A road or the Brennerbahn train connection to the Matrei train station. Airport Innsbruck-Kranebitten to Parkhotel Matrei 25 minutes; Airport Munich Franz-Josef-Strauss to Matrei near the Brenner Pass 1h 45 minutes. Parking spaces for up to 60 vehicles available as well as car rentals.
- Rooms: 44 newly refurbished non-smoking rooms in six different room categories, located on three levels
- Restaurants: Two a la carte restaurants, Enneberg Stube with 20 seats and Hafner Stube with 45 seats. Opening times daily: 11.30am until 2pm and 6pm until 9.30pm. In between and until 10pm small snacks and light dishes will be served. Also the half-board restaurant with 50 seats. For events for up to 120 people there is a covered terrace with 70 seats and a barbecue station
- Café Bar ma3, is open Monday to Saturday from 8am until 1am and on Sundays and bank holidays from 8am until 11pm
- 3.5ha game reservation with fallow deer and moufflons
- 4-lane bowling alley (on surcharge)
- Relaxation area Matreyum (Roman name for Matrei) with infra red cabin, Finnish sauna, steam bath, cold water grotto, outdoor area, quiet area, solarium and massage room.
- Children’s playroom and children’s playground
- Garden Pavilion (Gazebo) for business events and meetings with space for up to 40 people
- Multimedia equipment: DLP beamer (digital light processing technology), 5x3 metre screen, overhead projector, flip chart and hotel-wide Wi-Fi access
- Internet terminal in the lobby, secretarial service, laundry service, premier Sports bar
- Check-in: 2pm until 12am. Checkout: 7am until 11am. Late checkout and early check-in are possible - please enquire at reception
- Means of payment: cash, EC/Maestro Switch cards, as well as commonly accepted credit cards (VISA; MasterCard, American express, JCB and Diners Club)
- Dogs: 7 Euro/day without food, final cleaning charge
- Child discounts when staying in the room of their parents (two fully paying adults, minimum of 3 nights): 0-4years 100%, 5-7 years 50%, 8-11 years 30% off half board services
- Shuttle services to and from the hotel are possible, we will gladly arrange a taxi for you
